Manual Heat Sealers M-1008-HS / M-1409-HS

The Sure-Pak® manual heat sealing models have been developed to ensure maximum flexibility and control while providing the best heat seal possible on the multitude of vending containers available today. Built of the highest quality stainless steel and alumimum components for lasting durability and value, these models are UL and NSF approved. Both models operate on 110VAC and handle any standard sealing film.

All component parts are readily available in North America. Sure-Pak machines are guaranteed for one year to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Pick a 10” x 8” machine or a 14” x 9” machine to seal a single or multiple containers. Easy to change pockets allow various sizes to be sealed on one machine.

Automated Heat Sealer A-1140-HS

This chain-driven automated heat sealing machine provides the same excellent heat seal found in the manual models, but with higher production rates for larger volume operations. The machine is built with high quality stainless steel and aluminum components for lasting durability and is designed for ease of use. Weighing less than 300 lbs., the machine is equipped with a 26” loading area and has a 20” width with a 70” side panel length.

The operational height is 36” and the chain will vary from 135” to 140” depending on container being sealed. Standard rotating cutters range from 3.5” to 10”. The machine is shipped fully assembled and ready to be connected to a 15-120V AC with ground. All machines are guaranteed for one year to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

Fully Automatic Custom Heat Sealer AM-1023-HS

The Sure-Pak® automatic AM-1023-HS heat sealer has been developed to ensure high production with maximum flexibility and control for the best heat seal possible on the multitude of food containers available today. This model, like all Sure-Pak machines, is built of the hightest quality stainless steel and aluminum components for lasting durability. The AM-1023-HS is customized to fit the needs of your operation and will seal up to three (3) different containers at the same time. Our quick-change tooling allows users to mix and match the prodution to demand, without sacrificing productivity.

These proven designs, built in conjunction with a technological exchange with Socamel, have been sealing food products in Europe for decades. Model AM-1023-HS operates on 3 phase, 208VAC, and 90psi @ 15 cfm of shop air and handles any standard sealing film. All components are readily available in North America. Sure-Pak machines are guaranteed for one year to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
